Currently, we only deliver within Qatar.

Delivery within Qatar typically takes 1 to 2 business days.

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Apple Pay.

What is your order cancellation policy?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our team at info@almisnedtrading.com for assistance with order cancellations.

What is your return policy? 

We do not accept general returns. However, if the item is damaged, you can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product. Please reach out to us at info@almisnedtrading.com for further assistance.

Do you provide installation services for the products you sell? 

Yes, we offer installation services for select products. Please contact us for more details regarding specific products.

Are all products on your website in stock?

We strive to keep all items in stock. However, in some cases, due to high demand, certain products may be temporarily unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience and encourage you to check back regularly for updates.

What sizes of storage spaces do you offer?

We offer various storage space sizes, including single and double palette options. Single
palettes measure 1.2x1.0x1.0 meters, with a capacity of 1 Ton, while double palettes
measure 2.5x1.0x1.0 meters, with a capacity of 2 Tons,

What are the rental rates for your warehouse units?

The rental rates are QR 100 for each single palette and QR 200 for each double palette.

Are there any long-term rental discounts available?

No, we do not offer long-term rental discounts. Payment is required in advance for 1
month, with no grace period allowed. Rentals can be stopped at any time, and payment
will be refunded immediately in case of any residual.

Do you offer any special amenities or services for storing delicate or sensitive items?

Yes, we can provide air-conditioned rooms for delicate or sensitive items upon a special agreement.

Is the warehouse facility equipped with security measures such as surveillance cameras and access controls?

Yes, all our buildings are monitored with CCTV, and security guards are available 24/7.
Additionally, our buildings are equipped with the latest fire-fighting systems.

What are the access hours for tenants?

Tenants do not have direct access to the warehouse. However, access to security
cameras in the reception area is available to monitor operations.

Do you provide insurance coverage for stored items, or is it the responsibility of the tenant?

It is the tenant's responsibility to provide insurance for their stored items.

Are there any restrictions on the types of items that can be stored in the warehouse?

All types of items except food and Medication are allowed to be stored in our warehouse.

Is there a minimum rental period, or can tenants rent on a month-to-month basis?

Tenants can rent on a month-to-month basis, and payment may be made yearly without discount. In case of termination of subscription, the balance will be refunded
immediately.

How do I go about reserving a storage unit?

Based on the subscription, selected storage units will be kept empty for the tenant until expiry or termination.
